Delivered in partnership with Future Female Society, this empowering workshop helped women reconnect with their health and wellbeing. Together, we explored how to boost energy, balance hormones, and take practical steps toward long-term wellness. It was a privilege to support women locally in Ipswich through this initiative.

Serenity by the Sea (Suffolk Coast)

A soul-nourishing day of movement, learning, and connection.
