1. Personalised Acupuncture Treatment
A tailored acupuncture session designed to support your individual health needs and restore balance in the body. Treatments may support hormonal health, stress regulation, sleep, digestion, pain relief and overall wellbeing.

2. Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture – NADA Protocol
A gentle ear acupuncture technique using five specific points to support deep relaxation, emotional balance and nervous system regulation. Often used to help with stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties and emotional overwhelm.

TDP Mineral Heat Therapy – a specialised therapeutic lamp that gently warms acupuncture points to improve circulation, relax muscles and enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
