My Journey

From my earliest memories, I struggled with gut issues, fatigue, and symptoms that traditional medicine couldn’t explain. I was told to “wait and see,” but the discomfort never truly went away.

At 40, after welcoming my third child, everything intensified — joint pain, brain fog, and exhaustion left me feeling like my body was falling apart. Doctors told me my blood tests were “normal,” yet I knew something wasn’t right. Was it perimenopause? Stress? Or something deeper?

That turning point pushed me to explore holistic health. Through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and self-care, I finally began to heal. My energy returned, my mind cleared, and I regained balance.

Inspired by my transformation, I trained as a Women’s Health Coach and Holistic Practitioner — so I can help other women in the UK find the answers and support they deserve.
